I'm often mistaken as an extrovert... And believe me - I can masquerade v well as one 💃​​​​​​​​


BUT I'm definitely more of an introvert... 🙏​​​​​​​​


I NEED regular time alone to recharge 🧖‍♀️​​​​​​​​


Young me never understood why I noticed subtleties the way I do 👀​​​​​​​​


Why I felt different to everybody else 🖤🐑​​​​​​​​


Why my best party trick was the disappearing act🏃‍♀️​​​​​​​​


& why I 'just know' things sometimes 🕊️​​​​​​​​


For years I was confused by a lot of my sensitivities 🌊​​​​​​​​


It was & IS such a brilliant asset ❤️​​​​​​​​


But I had some deep curves on the way to learning how to harness that power 💥​​​​​​​​


To learning how to disconnect from all the energy I encounter on a daily basis 💫​​​​​​​​


I recommend this to anyone else who is brutally soft underneath those layers 🌹​​​​​​​​


To anybody who has ever been told they're "too sensitive" or felt different to everybody else 👀​​​​​​​​
