I specialize in providing tailored support for individuals with ADHD, including adoptees and adoptive families. As a Neurodivergent Advocate and certified Life & ADHD Coach, I bring over 16 years of experience in working one-on-one with individuals. As an Adoptee myself who's worked hard to unpack my own trauma, I deeply understand the unique needs of Adoptees and adoptive families- while also respecting how unique our experiences can be at the same time. My service is designed to provide education based on lived experience and research, practical strategies + support to enhance daily functioning and well-being.
